Settlement of $1,150,000 Reached in Case
January 20- Jonathan Hart was working as a rigger erecting a parking garage. While rigging a concrete form on the back of a flatbed truck, the driver pulled away causing Jonathan to jump off of the back of the truck in order to avoid the swinging concrete structure. As a result, he fell off of the back of the flat bed injuring his right shoulder, sustaining a labral tear which required four surgeries. Jonathan was unable to return to his pre-injury occupation as a rigger.
